In light of pancake day, I thought it would be appropriate to post a recipe for “healthy” pancakes! While bored at work, I designed a recipe for healthy pancakes that I am going to have for supper tonight.
1/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/4 cup protein powder 1/2 cup organic oats 1/2 cup almond milk 2 egg whites 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 mashed banana 1/2 cup blueberries Dash of salt 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
In a bowl whisk together flour, oats, protein powder and baking powder. In a separate bowl beat egg whites until fluffy, then add vanilla, milk and mashed banana. Pour wet mixture into dry and blend!

These jeans are OLD school Abercrombie Jeans. Like 1993 old. They are a size 0. I compared them to my newer Abercrombie jeans, and lets just say these jeans are the new size 4.
